Symrise has put in place a lean, streamlined management structure designed to enable us to deliver worldwide on our promise of always inspiring more.

Under the leadership of CEO Dr Gerold Linzbach, our Executive Committee oversees the activities of our Scent & Care and Flavor & Nutrition divisions.

“Prior to this restructuring more than half of our people were not directly linked to the business. Now everyone at Symrise will be part of sales and will serve our clients in one way or another”, explains Dr Linzbach.
