The Consumer Health business unit develops a broad range of biofunctional ingredients for these consumer needs and offers integrated taste and masking solutions for health products and nutritional supplements.

Connected to this business unit is the Competence Center Health & Nutrition. The Center’s main task is to transfer research results and latest findings in nutrition, health and wellness to the individual departments. This includes:

  • Information on product safety and regulatory requirements
  • Nutrition and food science
  • Information on analytics as well as product and technology developments
