The segments Scent & Care and Flavor & Nutrition are responsible for our operating business.
They each have their own research and development, purchasing, production, quality control, marketing and sales departments. Both segments operate in four regions with separate regional managements: Europe, Africa and the Middle East (EAME), North America (NA), Asia/Pacific (APAC), and Latin America (LATAM).

Flavor & Nutrition

The Flavor & Nutrition segment comprises the divisions Flavors and Diana. Flavors is divided into the business units Sweet, Savory, Beverages and Consumer Health. Diana includes the business units Food, Pet Food and Nova. The product spectrum includes approximately 15,000 products, which are sold in 140 countries.

Flavor & Nutrition supplies both flavorings and complete taste and sensorial as well as functional solutions which include functional ingredients, food colorings or microencapsulated product components in addition to the flavor itself. The Consumer Health area serves, among others, the market for nutritional supplements and pharmaceutical preparations.

Scent & Care

The Scent & Care segment comprises the business units Fragrances, Life Essentials, Oral Care and Aroma Molecules. The segment’s more than 15,000 products are sold in roughly 135 countries.

Scent & Care supplies perfume oils, cosmetic ingredients, UV protection, aroma chemicals and menthol products.
