Symrise has added experienced specialist, Dr. Sabrina Behnke, as a Global Product Manager to the Micro Protection Category.
Symrise has broad and extensive expertise in modern antimicrobials for product and skin protection. To reinforce the team managing this portfolio of ingredients, Symrise has brought another experienced professional on board.
Strengthening the expertise in cosmetic and household products
Sabrina Behnke holds a BSc in Water Sciences and a PhD in Microbiology. During her graduate studies, she investigated the disinfection of microbial biofilms relevant to water distribution systems in collaboration with industry scientists. Sabrina then joined Reckitt Benckiser as a R&D Microbiologist, leading surface and personal care projects for feasibility studies as well as GLP claim substantiation initiatives for the EPA. She managed clinical studies at contract labs for FDA and BPR registrations of the company’s brands of products.
