Symrise has completed the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Floral Concept, the French premium natural ingredients house for fragrances headquartered in Saint-Cézaire-sur-Siagne in the Pays de Grasse region. Floral Concept now becomes part of Symrise’s Fragrance division.
Following the July announcement, completion marks the next step in Symrise’s ONE Symrise strategy and ambition to strengthen its Premium Naturals offering. Together with Maison Lautier 1795, Floral Concept will form a dedicated Naturals cluster in the Pays de Grasse.

Founded in 2002, Floral Concept develops and supplies premium natural fragrance ingredients for Fine Fragrance, including extracts from jasmine, rose, orange blossom, ambrette and blackcurrant.
